What happens next…

When you enter your delivery postcode during the checkout process, this will determine if your address is a Metro or non Metro area.

Delivery will usually take between 3 and 10 days depending on your location, however some items may take longer to get to you during busy periods or public holidays.

All items are held in stock at our warehouse with the only exception being where a product is labelled “In-Store Only”. This indicates that this product is only available to purchase directly from our store.

Our aim is to dispatch all orders on the same day that the orders are received; however some late Friday and weekend orders will be dispatched the following Monday.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped, this email contains your unique tracking number. Once you have your tracking number you can keep an eye on the progress of your order at any point in time until it is delivered to you.
