RETURNING OR EXCHANGING A PRODUCT:

Compleat Angler & Camping World Rockingham understands that the perfect gift in your eyes is not always the perfect gift in theirs! To ensure the speedy resolution of your return or exchange, please refer to the below guide to returning or exchanging items at Compleat Angler & Camping World Rockingham.

RETURN CRITERIA

  • You return the item within 14 days of purchase
  • You provide the corresponding Compleat Angler & Camping World Rockingham invoice from the time of purchase
  • The item is in its original packaging, including all accessories and instruction manuals
  • The item is in saleable condition ie unworn, unopened, unused and in original condition

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS IN STORE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind, Compleat Angler & Camping World will offer you an exchange or a store credit, providing the return criteria are met (see above for return criteria).

Simply return the item to the store of original purchase.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS IN A DIFFERENT STORE THAN ORIGINAL PURCHASE

As each Compleat Angler & Camping World is independently owned and operated, returns and exchanges for items purchased anywhere other than the original store of purchase is at the discretion of each individual store owner.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS FOR PURCHASES MADE ON-LINE

Compleat Angler & Camping World Rockingham will offer you an exchange or credit for purchases made online if you have changed your mind, so long as the return criteria is met (see above for return criteria).

All online purchase returns must be transacted through the online store.

Please note: the cost of freight to return the item to the online store and to resend the replacement item is at the customer’s expense.


INCORRECT PRODUCT DELIVERED FOR PURCHASES MADE ONLINE

Compleat Angler & Camping World Rockingham will exchange any incorrect item delivered from a purchase made online, so long as the return criteria is met (see above for return criteria).

All online purchase returns must be transacted through the online store.

Please note: the cost of freight to return the item to the online store and to resend the replacement item is at Compleat Angler & Camping World Rockingham expense.


RETURNS PROCESS

1. Ensure the items being returned comply with the return criteria stated above

2. Locate your receipt. You will need information from the receipt to proceed

3. Contact the online store Customer Service Team to discuss your return and obtain a Return To Store (RTS) authorisation number. This will ensure fast and efficient processing of your return

(The online store Customer Service phone line will be manned throughout the post-Christmas period, during normal business hours)

4. Suitably pack items for transport, ensuring all items and paperwork are included, and the box is clearly addressed. Note that any damage in transit caused by inadequate packing will be at the cost of the customer

5. Post items to be returned

6. If Compleat Angler & Camping World Rockingham is covering the cost of sending the item back to the on-line store, the initial cost is to be covered by the customer. Once the return is processed, Compleat Angler & Camping World Rockingham will refund the cost of sending the item back to the on-line store, via the original method of payment, plus provide free delivery of the replacement item
