Adrenalin ‘Enduro X’ 3/2mm Steamer for kids is a cheap and cheerful wetsuit with decent thermal retention, durable and breathable seams and YKK zips.  Great for use above and below the water but the breathable Flatlock seams can let cold water in, making this suit most appropriate for warmer climates.
