Jarvis Walker Pro Knives come with ergonomic squeeze handles. These handles have a textured feel in the hand that sit well in the palm and offer extra grip. They come with a sheath that protects the blade from damage.

  Choose between 6”, 7” and the 8”1/2 model. Jarvis Walker always recommends the use a filleting glove when filleting fish.

Proof of Age Requirements

Upon collection all customers purchasing knives must present valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., driver’s licence, passport, or WA photo card) as proof of age and identity.

We reserve the right to cancel any transaction (and refund the purchaser the full amount less any merchant or third party payment provider fees) and withhold delivery if valid proof of age is not provided, or if we reasonably suspect that a knife may be supplied to a minor.
